ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At TeleRock, we take customer satisfaction very seriously and consider it a top priority. Our return and exchange policy will help you in the event a purchase does not match your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms below).

 

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Non-returnable Items

Certain products and services may not be returned or exchanged, and these include:

  • Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
  • Gift Cards
  • Personal care
  • Special orders
  • Non-defective, opened video games and computer software
  • Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse

BUNDLES

Items bought together as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

REFUNDS

  • No cash refunds are allowed.
  • Goods are returned based on the market price.
  • In case of offers / bundles / promotions / discounts, goods are returned based on the discounted price.
